A Westminster High School Volleyball coach and substitute instructor is dealing with baby pornography costs after he allegedly posed as a highschool boy on Snapchat.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s workplace says 32-year-old Evan Frock allegedly created a number of accounts to ship, obtain and solicit specific photos of underage women between April and October of final yr.
Detectives verified that Frock is employed as a long-term substitute and head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Westminster High School in Carroll County and could also be or have been related to different faculties and athletic companies within the Baltimore area.

Investigators are working with faculty officers and the Carroll County Board of Education to establish pupil victims who could have had inappropriate contact with Frock.
Deputies stated Frock used the next usernames on Snapchat:
