Victoria’s pandemic bill set to pass following marathon debate in Upper House

Victoria’s controversial pandemic bill is expected to pass today despite a marathon night of debate in the state’s Upper House.

The bill will then return to the Lower House with the state government and Opposition blaming each other for the delay.
