
CHAPTICO, Md. – This morning at roughly 6:32 a.m., police, hearth and rescue personnel responded to a motorcar accident involving a faculty bus and dump truck on Budds Creek Road within the space of Chaptico Hill Lane.
Only the motive force of the varsity bus was current contained in the automobile on the time of the crash.
Crews arrived on the scene and located faculty bus #551 off the roadway with main injury and a dump truck concerned off the roadway in a area.
The faculty bus had been rear ended by a dump truck whereas parked on the shoulder of Budds Creek Road within the space of the Chaptico Park.
No entrapment was discovered, EMS evaluated each drivers on the scene for accidents.


The driver of the varsity bus was transported by ambulance to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with minor accidents.
The dump truck driver signed care refusal on the scene.
