McDaniel College hosts reception for Westminster metropolis representatives

As a part of the inaugural festivities honoring McDaniel College President Dr. Julia Jasken, the faculty hosted a reception April 6 on the school for representatives from town of Westminster.

The occasion was a part of a collection of that befell all through the week to have fun McDaniel’s collaboration with town and study extra concerning the McDaniel College Center for Experience and Opportunity (CEO), the faculty’s one-stop store for experiential training and profession improvement for McDaniel college students and alumni.

Jasken was inaugurated April 9 as the faculty’s tenth president in its 155-year historical past and the second lady to carry the place. She has devoted almost her whole skilled life to increased training and most notably to McDaniel, starting within the classroom at McDaniel in 2003 as an English professor specializing in new media pedagogy and instructing quite a lot of skilled writing programs.
