Man speaks out about hours in police custody | WDVM25 & DCW50

WASHINGTON (WDVM) — The Metropolitan Police Department responded to an energetic shooter within the Van Ness neighborhood on Friday, April 22. During the seek for a suspect, there have been a number of folks detained by police.

One one who was detained is known as Mohammed Williams.
