Grant cash awarded to property after hit and run incident | WDVM25 & DCW50

PRINCETON, W.Va. (WVNS) — An area enterprise in Mercer County, broken in successful and run accident earlier this month, acquired a grant to try to reopen its doorways.

The City of Princeton supplied a two thousand greenback grant to property homeowners L & S Enterprises. This beautification grant helps to rebuild the partitions of the property leased out to Royal Fades Barbershop.

Samuel Lusk, Economic Development Specialist for town of Princeton mentioned it’s vital to assist native companies of their time of want.

“Since there was a critical need, we wanted to jump into action to do everything we can to make sure property owners are able to repair their property as quickly as possible and have the resources that they need,” mentioned Lusk.

Lusk added any new or present companies can apply for a beautification grant and might name Princeton City Hall to be taught extra.
