Future of Europe: Conference nears finalisation of coverage suggestions – The European Sting – Vital Information & Insights on European Politics, Financial system, International Affairs, Enterprise & Expertise

The Conference on the Future of Europe Plenary session on 8-9 April debated concrete proposals.

The Chairs and spokespersons of 9 Working Groups tabled consolidated draft proposals, grouped by theme, to the Conference Plenary. The proposals had been primarily based mostly on the suggestions of European Citizens’ Panels, in addition to nationwide panels, and enriched by concepts from the Multilingual Digital Platform. These proposals had been mentioned by all Plenary Members.

Next steps

The ultimate Conference Plenary session is scheduled for 29-30 April in Strasbourg, the place proposals are anticipated to be accredited by the Plenary on a consensual foundation.
